Arnold Rue, now deceased, founded the Firm in 1946. Jack Hutchison, also deceased, joined Mr Rue in 1959. Other partners have been admitted at various times throughout the years. The current five partners are John H DeGregori, Peter G Gormsen, Bill D Ringer, Katherine R Williams & Deborah A Morris.
John H DeGregori: He merged with the Firm in 1974 after the death of his partner David Stagnaro. He specializes in estate planning, working with survivors to help with the transition of business and personal assets. He also provides a full range of tax & financial services. He is a member of both the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
Peter G Gormsen: He was admitted as a partner in 1976. He is the designated partner in charge of the Firm's quality control. He also provides a full range of tax & financial services. He is a member of both the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
