Reingruber & Company, P.A. Certified Public Accountants, was founded in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1991 by Claudia E. Reingruber, CPA, and focuses on providing accounting and consulting services to a predominately health care client base. Beginning with an initial staff of three, the company's employees now number in excess of twenty, providing services to a broad spectrum of health care entities spanning more than thirty states. Clients range from small closely-held businesses to large publicly-traded companies, and include skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, rehabilitation agencies, comprehensive rehabilitation agencies, community mental health centers, rural health clinics, hospitals and other health entities.
Reingruber & Associates, Inc., an affiliated health care consulting division, was established in 1994 with the opening of the Nashville, Tennessee office. R & A provides most of the same services, such as clinical, billing and operational advisory services.
