Vermeulen & Company is a medium sized accounting firm employing 12 people. The firm was founded in 1981 with the goal of providing quality services to our clients, consistently. We moved our main office to Ripon, California in 1991 and have enjoyed consistent growth since then.
The firm began in September 1978. The firm practices public accounting primarily to the small to medium sized business client. Personal service and availability are the strongest assets of the firm and its personnel. The firm prides itself on these attributes along with timely and accurate accounting and tax work.
In 1935 Jack W. Olds began offering quality accounting and tax services to closely held businesses and individuals. In 1961 the current partnership entity was created to add the second generation dedicated to the accounting and tax needs of the closely held business.
