Richardson Pennington & Skinner, PSC is a Kentucky Certified Public Accounting Firm with three offices located throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Our firm currently consists of twelve professionals and two administrative staff personnel. Our firm has provided quality professional services to our clients for over twenty-five years. Our professionals receive 40 hours of continuing professional education each year. Personnel responsible for planning, supervising, and conducting governmental audits are required biannually to complete at least 24 hours of continuing professional education in governmental and non-profit courses. We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, we are members of the Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA. This division of the AICPA requires that all participating firms undergo a peer review every three years.
