Message from our Managing Partner –

Davis, Lynn & Moots, PC (DLM) was founded in 1983 on the principles of commitment, professionalism, and integrity in the client services we provided. We didn’t have a written mission statement back then, but we knew the key to our success would be from the success of our clients through the development of lasting long term relationships. Many years later, we are still serving those first few clients.

Through the years our firm has evolved and changed, but the commitment to those initial overall principles has not. Today, our mission statement – Our purpose is to deliver the highest level of service to our clients through our commitment, our professionalism, and our integrity, not only expresses these early principles in writing for all to see, but it also serves as our daily reminder of why we do, what we enjoy doing so much. At DLM, we strive to not only meet our clients’ current needs, but to also anticipate their future needs as well.

Our success stems not only from the long lasting relationships with our clients and their success, but also from the quality and stability of our staff serving those clients. We have achieved this through our continual investment in our staff of time and resources from providing a positive and supportive working atmosphere, to mentoring and positive feedback, professional continuing education, and providing them with the technology and tools they need to work professionally and efficiently.

DLM also recognizes our strengths come from giving back to our communities. We encourage our employees to volunteer their time to local non-profit organizations which serve to make our communities stronger. We also encourage our staff to give back to our profession through involvement in our state and national associations.
