The accounting firm of CHMS, P.C. was formed on October 1, 1982 with offices in Glasgow and Malta. In 1990, the firm merged with Child & Torgerson of Sidney, and acquired the practice of Arne Traeholt in Wolf Point. On November 1, 1996, the firm merged with Delwin C Nordtvedt of Glendive, and on January 1, 1997, the firm purchased the firm of Weigum & Associates of Glendive.
