We are proud to offer personalized attention to tax and accounting matters. Painter, Russell & Associates, PLLC has continuously offered certified public accounting services since 1975. We engage in a broad-based practice, with a focus on the audit, tax, accounting and advisory services. Although our practice is centered in Buncombe County, we enjoy client relationships throughout Western North Carolina and beyond. We draw upon the diverse skills and experience of our principals and staff.
We are proud to be a part of the continued rejuvenation of downtown Asheville. The historic Drhumor Building (pronounced "drummer"), one of Asheville's greatest buildings, has a rich history. William J. Cocke, an attorney and future mayor, built the Drhumor Building in 1895. He named the building for the ancestral Irish island of his Scots-Irish grandfather. The structure is distinctive for the frieze of faces and figures wrapping around the facade.
Our parking lot can be entered from Patton Avenue or South Lexington Avenue and is separated from our offices only by the Asheville Savings Bank lot.
