Fust Charles Chambers LLP was established to provide accounting, tax and business advisory services to the Upstate New York business community. We take a personal interest in the success of our clients. We provide business advice based on our expertise and experience that is designed to improve our clients’ operations and their profitability.
The client base of our Firm is very diversified. We believe this is a reflection of the overall sound business and tax advice we provide our clients regardless of their industry segment. However, we have established areas of expertise within our Firm to service clients’ specific needs. We presently issue approximately one hundred twenty five annual audit reports. We prepare more than two hundred corporation and partnership annual income tax returns. A large segment of our tax planning concentrates on the transactions between the company and its owners since predominately all of our for profit clients operate as closely-held entities. We also advise our commercial clients on how to structure their operations to minimize any income tax consequences. Our individual income tax practice clients are comprised principally of the owners of closely held businesses.
