Oakes & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, P.C. was established in 1991 when James N. Oakes, Sr. and James N. Oakes, Jr. merged their individual accounting firms. Over the past ten years Oakes & Associates have grown to become one of the largest local accounting firms in the Oklahoma Panhandle area.
