Cole & Reed began operations in the early 1950s and was known as Billups, Arnn, & Co. for many years. Mergers, partner retirements, and reorganizations over the years resulted in our current name, Cole & Reed, P.C., when Jimmie L. (Sam) Cole and Jerry A. Reed assumed ownership of the practice on January 1, 1988.
The firm has grown to nine partners and more than 80 professionals and client service personnel. Cole & Reed provides audit and assurance, tax planning and compliance, consulting, and accounting services to businesses of all sizes throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding areas, and has a reputation for providing quality, responsive service.
