Prior to forming D&S, Ron Drucker, Jane Scaccetti, and other D&S shareholders served together as tax professionals in senior management capacities with a national CPA and business consulting firm. In 1990, these individuals established D&S to provide specialized tax, business and financial consulting to individuals, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, professional service firms and family-owned businesses. The shareholders of D&S are hands-on professionals who bring a refreshing level of personal integrity to the financial services that they offer.

Our hands-on approach is further enhanced by our firm structure. Unlike traditional accounting firms that employ a pyramid structure, we operate in a Shareholder-Associate format, similar to that of a law firm. This format allows for more active communication between D&S shareholders and associates, and assures our clients of direct shareholder involvement in their engagements.

Through our personal service approach, we have grown from a firm of seven professionals in 1990 to over 50 professionals today. In addition, each of these individuals offers a unique mix of credentials, education and culture to the D&S client experience.
