MJC was founded by the late Morris J. Cohen in 1929. Mr. Cohen established a niche in the textile and garment industries by always offering candid and sound business advice. Today, we still take this approach which has allowed us to grow into a full service firm representing many industries and markets. We`re located in the heart of Philadelphia`s financial district and are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA and PICPA) and the Private and SEC Companies Practice Sections of the AICPA. We are deeply committed to serving our local community and civic organizations in numerous capacities.
MJC represents a diversified clientele in a cross section of industries which includes wholesale and retail distribution, health care, technology, manufacturing, professional services and not-for-profits. Many of our clients are located in southeastern Pennsylvania and we also serve clients throughout the United States and its territories.
