The rapid growth our firm has experienced since its inception in 1977 is attributable to practicing the firm's slogan ... "OUR PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE". We strive to maintain an attitude of concern and offer practical solutions to our clients' problems.
During our history, we have grown from a one-man CPA firm to a full-time staff of 17 and two offices. Our plans for the future include continued growth in new clients and expanded services to existing clients.
OUR PEOPLE
Davis and Bott, CPA's, L.C. attracts high academic achievers and current professional staff grade point average is better than 3.7 for undergraduate study.
Our professionals receive 80 hours or more of continuing professional education annually, including 40 hours from sources outside the firm.
We encourage staff involvement in both our profession and our community.
OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY ...
Our firm is devoted to quality, and we have taken extra steps to assure that we meet the highest professional standards of quality. Every three years, our quality controls are examined by specially trained CPA's from other firms. A copy of our most recent quality control report is available at our office for review.
We are pleased that we received an unqualified report on our review, meaning that our firm adheres to the most rigorous standards of our profession for CPA firms, as measured by the criteria established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
