Bowling, Franklin & Co., LLP was formed in January 1988. It evolved from the Fredericksburg office of Derieux, Baker, Thompson and Whitt, whose practice in Fredericksburg began in the 1940's. We are members of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of CPA's, and have successfully undergone the peer review process. All partners and CPAs are members of the American Institute and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
