Our company's growth and development has paralleled many classic growth scenarios. Our first office was a small apartment in Bellevue, Washington where founders Ted & Stephanie Macauley first set up shop. While they would like you to believe that it was a healthy work / personal life balance that led them to stop working at 4:00 every afternoon, they later admitted that it was the fact that they had no overhead lighting for their first month of operation and their wall lights didn't function, so they had to stop because it was Seattle...it was the winter and...it was dark by 4:00!
As a company, we have grown a long way since those early days in a small apartment in Bellevue. We now have offices in Bellevue, WA, Phoenix, AZ, San Ramon, CA and Santa Clara, CA. Our firm is committed to growth while maintaining its excellence and focus on customer service and specialization. When we first opened our doors, we espoused that the world didn't need another generalist staffing firm and that belief still drives a lot of our thinking and actions today.
We believe in working hard in a fast paced, energetic, light hearted environment. We never take ourselves too serious and bend over backwards for our clients.
